SAP Sybase
Due to the variety of tasks and the high level of complexity, I find my job extremely exciting. There are very many constellations of SAP systems and databases. Each installation, migration and update brings new aspects and challenges. It is precisely these challenges that are important to me, so that I can continue to learn and develop professionally on a daily basis.

The comprehensive analysis provides the pattern and roadmap for the next steps. This also includes the right sizing, the selection of the monitoring concept and the appropriate deployment model, i.e. on-premise, cloud or hybrid cloud. Only with this planning can you ultimately achieve the desired goal - with transparent costs.
System maintenance and support of running systems
In this SAP Solution Manager training course, we teach you how SAP Solution Manager works. You will get the necessary know-how to implement SAP SolMan yourself.

Another way to secure your gateway using the SAP standard is to encrypt communication using Secure Network Communication (SNC). In the case of unprotected data communication paths between different client and server components of the SAP system that use the SAP protocol RFC or DIAG, the data exchange takes place in plain text and there is a risk that this can be read. With the help of SNC, you can create end-to-end encryption (E2EE), which can be used to secure communication between two components, such as between the application server and SAP GUI. In addition, SNC encryption provides the basis for using SAP Single Sign-On (SSO) as a security solution, which significantly reduces the internal effort of password management.

"Shortcut for SAP Systems" is a PC application that simplifies or even facilitates many activities in the SAP base.

The optional services as an extension include activities whose implementation and frequency depends on the existing system environment and which can be optionally booked (client copies, implementation of client transports and homogeneous/heterogeneous system copies, etc.).

The growing number of installed components - such as SAP BW, SCM, SRM, PI/PO - and systems integrated via interfaces - RFC, WebServices - further increase the requirements.
