Different customers have different support requirements and concepts. We support them on-site as an extension of their internal team as well as through remote connections. Be it on an ad hoc basis (e.g. release upgrade, DB upgrade, optimization of Solution Manager) or on a permanent basis (e.g. monitoring of operations in SLR, fast reactions in defined exceptional cases, planned maintenance), we have the right team, the appropriate procedures (ITIL) and the modern tools to implement your requirements.
Once the UPL is activated, you can access the usage data as follows: Solution Manager: BW Query 0SM_CCL_UPL_MONTH (other predefined Querys available) Managed System: Report /SDF/SHOW_UPL Based on the UPL's data collection, you can now use additional functionalities of the CCLM to depick, for example, proprietary developments that are unused for a long time. Installation of SAP milieus
The SAP Authorization Concept course provides a fundamental overview of the SAP authorization concept. The goal is to understand the authorization concept and the ability to define individual authorization profiles. The delivered roles and the profile generator of SAP are used.
Site Reliability Engineering(SRE) is the equivalent of SAP Basis in the Google world. Ben Treynor, who has been with Google since 2003 and is considered the godfather of SRE, describes SRE as "what happens when you give operations tasks to a software engineer".
With "Shortcut for SAP Systems" a tool is available that greatly facilitates some tasks in the SAP basis.
