Know why which user has which SAP authorization
General authorizations
The SAP authorization concept protects transactions and programs in SAP systems on the basis of authorization objects. Authorization objects enable complex checks of an authorization that are bound to several conditions. Authorizations represent characteristics of authorization objects depending on the employee's activity and responsibility. The authorizations are combined in an authorization profile that belongs to a role. The administrator assigns the appropriate role to the employee via the user master record so that the employee can perform his or her tasks in the system.

Logs: Protocols exist for all audits performed. This allows you to review the history of the audit results at a later stage or to view only the results of the last audit. To do this, use the protocol evaluation of the AIS in the transaction SAIS_LOG or click the button in the transaction SAIS.
Starting reports
The customising objects you have just created are now integrated into your own IMG structure. To do this, open the SIMGH transaction again, call your structure in Change mode, and paste it under the previously created folder by selecting Action > Insert a Level Lower. You should already create a documentation of the same name with the installation of the Customising objects. To do this, select the Create button on the Document tab and write a text to save it and then activate it.

After you have completed the development of the User-Exit, you still need to transport your validation. To do this, navigate back and highlight the validation you have created. You can now include the objects in a transport order using the Validation > Transport menu path. Finally, you need to activate your validation via the OB28 transaction. Please note that this is only possible for one validation (with several steps if necessary) per booking circle and time. Now your validation will be carried out with additional checks during the document booking via an interface.

If you get into the situation that authorizations are required that were not considered in the role concept, "Shortcut for SAP systems" allows you to assign the complete authorization for the respective authorization object.

Map all required permissions to all productive roles in your permission concept.

The easiest way is to find customising tables where they are in the SAP standard: in the SAP Introductory Guide (IMG).
