Efficient SAP rollout through central, tool-supported management
You can now assign transactions to these roles. Experience has shown that roles should remain application-specific and that a distinction between book or investing, changing and reading roles is also useful. There will be regular transactions used in multiple roles. You should not overestimate the often demanded freedom of redundancy. However, for critical transactions or transactions that are involved in a functional separation conflict, it is recommended that they be kept in a separate role. In general, roles should not contain too many transactions; Smaller roles are easier to maintain and easier to derive. Also, assigning them does not quickly lead to the problem that users have too many permissions. If you keep the necessary functional separations in place, you have already prepared them as a takeaway.

You must enable a role that you have created as a Design-Time object in the Design Time Repository before it can be associated with a user. To do this, use Project Explorer to select the role you want to enable and select Team > Activate from the shortcut menu. This will create a runtime object of this selected SAP HANA role. This object is also understood as a catalogue object and is incorporated in the Roles branch in the corresponding SAP HANA system.
Authorization tools - advantages and limitations
The test for the assignment of the SAP_ALL profile is carried out in the SOS differently than in the EWA: If a user is found, assigned to SAP_ALL, and you have not entered it in the corresponding whitelist, it will still be hidden in the subsequent permission checks. Identified users will be output either through a complete list or through examples of specific users. In both cases, you can download the full list in the SAP Solution Manager's ST14 transaction. You can use the Check ID to map user lists to the permission checks. However, you should note that these lists do not contain the evaluations of the whitelists.

The object S_PROGRAM checks since SAP Release 2.x for the field TRDIR-SECU i.e. the authorization group of the program. As of Release 7.40, you can optionally switch on a check for the object S_PROGNAM. For more information, see note 2272827 for further instructions. The check on S_PROGNAM MUST first be activated in the customer system. Note, however, that they CORRECTLY authorize S_PROGNAM before doing so, otherwise NOBODY except emergency users will be able to start any report or report transaction after the SACF scenario is activated.

Assigning a role for a limited period of time is done in seconds with "Shortcut for SAP systems" and allows you to quickly continue your go-live.

There you can see that the CALL TRANSACTION call has disabled the permission check.

Just follow the guidelines below.
