Security Automation for SAP Security Checks
RSUSR008_009_NEW
Dialogue users are intended for use by natural persons who log in to the SAP system via SAP GUI (dialogue login). The dialogue user is therefore the most frequently used user type. The defined password rules apply to him. If the password is set by the administrator, it will get Initial status and must be set by the user at login again to get Productive status.

This type of programming makes sense if large amounts of data have to be read. Before starting to read the data from the database, a DUMMY check can be used to quickly determine whether the user is authorized to access part of the data. However, as can be seen from the table above, a code must not only be secured by a general check, but must be supplemented by later, detailed checks. However, even in this context space (or ' ') does not need to be explicitly authorized.
Full verification of user group permissions when creating the user
Note that the S_TCODE authorization object is always filled with the current transactions from the roles menu. If organisational levels are also included that are no longer required, they will be automatically deleted. If, however, organisational levels are added depending on the transaction, they should be maintained first in the eligibility maintenance.

The report RSUSR008_009_NEW (List of users with critical permissions) is provided starting with SAP Web Application Server 6.20 with the following support packages: Release 6.20, starting with SAPKB62039 Release 6.40, starting with SAPKB64003 You can continue using the old reports RSUSR008 and RSUSR009 until release 6.40. The RSUSR008_009_NEW report is delivered with the old SAI proposals for critical credentials already used in the RSUSR009 report.

During go-live, the assignment of necessary authorizations is particularly time-critical. The "Shortcut for SAP systems" application provides functions for this purpose, so that the go-live does not get bogged down because of missing authorizations.

You do this by specifying that all lines for which the test was not successful will be deleted during the execution of the method.

The shared transport job also contains the complete history of changes to the profiles and permissions, so that obsolete data can also be deleted in the target systems.
