Since 2009, we are the first German system house to have the SAP SE-awarded Support Partner Certification for SAP Enterprise Support (VAR Partner Centre of Expertise, PCoE). Our support therefore corresponds to the highest quality standards of SAP.

Mainly the internal IT staff take over the maintenance, which could instead also push the further development of their own digital processes and applications. A resource conflict is inevitable. Especially if your company is also taking the first steps towards digital transformation and wants to switch from the SAP ECC ERP system to SAP S/4HANA in the near future.
Integrated Introduction Activities:
SAP AMS or SAP Support? What are the differences? Are there any at all? What support does my company need? We want to clarify, because the differences and added values of these SAP services often cause confusion among SAP users. Even if you do detailed Google searches - SAP partners and SAP itself do not entirely agree on how the SAP Application Management Services and SAP Support differ.

We guarantee transparency in cooperation by means of regular reporting. We appoint an SAP Solution Manager responsible for you, who will interact with you periodically and take care of all your managed services requirements. The ticketing system used documents the progress of their SAP Managed Service.

Some missing SAP support functions in the standard are supplied by the PC application "Shortcut for SAP Systems".

Together with the customer, we agree on a maximum time span to resolve reported problems.

The Do It variant shows the ERP user in a small window, where the next step in the SAP application has to be taken.
