A coordinated and integrated incident management process and support for mission-critical processes for a customer's complete solution, including hybrid scenarios and landscapes, are currently available.
"Shortcut for SAP Systems" is a PC application that simplifies or even enables many SAP support activities.
In order to make it easier for companies to get into the SAP HANA Cloud, SAP unifies maintenance and customer service for On Premise and Cloud systems.
