In regular audits, TÜV Rheinland checks compliance with the ISO conditions. In 1995, FIS was awarded its first ISO 9001 certification. The most recent audit was carried out in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and FIS confirms the use of a modern management system in compliance with quality management standards.

"Shortcut for SAP Systems" is a PC application that simplifies or even enables many SAP support activities.

We provide functional and technical support for our customers and support them with implementations, migrations, monitoring or maintenance activities of SAP solutions.

In order to provide a discussion platform for SAP Service and Support to customers who do not want/need to implement a CCC, the former AK "CCC" was explicitly expanded to include the term "Service and Support" in the naming.
