The SAP Standard Support offer for On-Premise solutions will continue to exist. Users can continue to purchase basic support services for SAP solutions and maintain system operations and availability. SAP Enterprise Support continues to be the SAP-recommended support level for customers moving to SAP Cloud powered by SAP HANA, which guarantees SAP innovation and reliability in hybrid scenarios.

Because the IT department quickly lost a noticeable amount of pressure thanks to Salt Solutions' extensive SAP expertise, support was quickly expanded. In June 2018, Salt also took over support for SAP BW in Wuppertal. Other sites added: in June 2018 the plant in Bergisch Gladbach, and at the end of 2018 the site in China.

General SAP® services to optimise and further develop your software are supplemented by specific process knowledge through VAR support. As a result, support is realised in the highest possible quality.

In order to continue to communicate with the backbone and to use the services of SAP, it is necessary to move to this new infrastructure by January 2020. This requires the following update: ・ SAP Solution Manager SAP Solution Manager 7.2 SPS07 or SPS08 (recommended) ・ Focused Run: Focused Run 2.00.
